Department: Legal & Valuation

Reporting to: Manager - Legal & Valuation

Job Summary:

• Writing and checking of legal documents
• Negotiation of terms and conditions
• Support Investment Officers from LOI´s
• Relation with law firms in countries of activity
  Relation with AIFM and depositary
• Work with Group Compliance Officer
  Establish policies, procedures and controls
• Follow-up on any significant changes to applicable laws, regulations and codes and ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations and codes in accordance with the company policies
  Support para legal associates

Qualification : Bachelor degree in Finance

Experience : 2 Years

Desired skills and competencies :

• Relevant experience
• A thorough understanding of the current law and regulations
• Specific real estate knowledge, financial expertise and investigative research
• Negotiation skills
• Excellent English language skills, German/French/Polish/Dutch considered as an asset
• Good analytical and communication skills : complex legal arguments often need explaining to non-lawyers.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines and producing quality work is essential
